So at my church the Pastoral team decided that we have a three day of prayer and fasting and yesterday this is what i learned and i decided to share with you so that you don’t be left behind. let us recover all the enemy has stolen from us seven times fold. 1 Samuel 30:1-19
The bible talks of David fleeing from Soul and he stayed with the Philistines and the king of the place who was very royal to them and fought and won so many battles but when it was time for them to attach Israel, they couldn’t allow to go with David because they feared that he might turn and fight against them. The king respectfully persuaded him to go back home and he found ruins,
God’s ways are not our ways; we must always pay attention to the leading of the Holy Spirit. They Lord requires sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. Our victory is dependent on hearkening to the voice of the Holy Spirit. They are things God will try to warn you about and it might come from the not obvious place.
Trust in the lord in all your ways, David didn’t know that the Lord was speaking through the king that told him to go back, he had to save the wives of the village, the bible says the men turned and wept until they could weep no more. The bible says David didn’t weep nor did he blame God but he strengthen and encouraged himself in the Lord.
In Psalm 42:5 he said why are you down cast my soul, I will get again praise the Lord. You need to resolve in praising the in the hardest circumstances. That was the secret of David and he got victory in every battle. When you light the lord in praise you will be lifted in the spirit. Don’t lose hope when you are in crisis, the way you respond will determine how you will come out of the situation. You can go through a situation and you see that you can’t see your way around it. You are not the first one to go through fires; you will come out on top and alive.
Avoid blaming people and put your struggles in the Lord, cast your cares to the Lord and not to People
The word of God should inspire your actions. 1 Samuel: 30:8 David asked if he could pursue them and the Lord said yes, you will not only pursue them but you will overtake them and recover all. There are actions God is going to lead you to take, you just need to listen. Just like David had to organize his troupes to attack the enemies.
Respect people on your way to destiny, a David pursued the enemy they came across the Amalekites man, he was sick and he had spent three days without food. He fed him and he led them to victory, those people you despise might be the people to take you to your destiny. Respect every one you meet. God will take you into a realm of the overflow.
