EBENEZER: Thus Far, Grace Has Carried Me

EBENEZER: Thus Far, Grace Has Carried Me

Today, 15th May, I celebrate more than just a birthday, I celebrate grace. A grace that has sustained me, lifted me, protected me, and carried me through every season of my life. As I reflect on this journey, one word fills my heart with deep gratitude: Ebenezer — “Thus far, the Lord has helped me.”

Looking back, I realize that my life is a testimony of God’s unfailing love and mercy. There were seasons I never thought I would survive. Moments of pain I could not explain. Silent battles no one knew about. Times when my strength failed, when my heart grew weary, and when life felt uncertain.

But even in those moments, grace carried me.

When I was weak, God strengthened me.

When I was lost, He guided me.

When doors closed, He made a way.

When life became overwhelming, He reminded me that I was never alone.

Through every high and low, God has remained faithful. He has been my refuge in difficult seasons, my peace in chaos, my comfort in pain, and my anchor in uncertain times. Even when I did not understand His plans, His hand never left my life.

And one thing I have learned is this: grace often reveals itself through people.

God brought incredible souls into my journey, people who encouraged me, prayed for me, corrected me, supported me, and believed in me. Some came briefly and left lasting lessons. Others stayed and became part of my strength. Every friendship, every act of kindness, every uplifting word, and every helping hand became evidence of God’s love working through people.

To everyone who has walked this journey with me knowingly or unknowingly, thank you.

Thank you for every prayer.

Thank you for every opportunity.

Thank you for every word of encouragement.

Thank you for every moment you showed up for me.

Thank you for being part of my story.

You have all been instruments of grace in my life

As I step into this new chapter, my heart overflows with gratitude. Not because life has been perfect, but because God has been faithful through it all. Every scar carries a testimony. Every setback taught me resilience. Every victory reminds me that grace still speaks.

This new age is not simply about growing older. It is about growing deeper in faith, stronger in purpose, wiser through experience, and more intentional about the life God has entrusted to me.

I carry with me the lessons, the healing, the growth, and the testimonies of every season I have survived.

And today, I stand with confidence and gratitude, knowing that if grace has carried me this far, it will carry me even further.

Ebenezer.

Thus far, grace has carried me.

And I know the best is yet to come.

Happy Birthday to me.

To God alone be all the glory.
